Dr. Abdalrhman Milad is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Nizwa, Oman. He received his PhD in Civil Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2017.

He has published more than 70 papers in international journals and conference proceedings and has been recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in the global ranking compiled by Stanford University and Elsevier. In 2024, he was also recognized as a Distinguished Researcher.

His research interests include pavement engineering, highway design and safety, modified and sustainable asphalt materials, recycling of waste materials, and soft computing. His work focuses on advancing sustainable pavement technologies and improving the performance and durability of road infrastructure.
